On 25th October, the lay medical and dental workers of the churches in Savelugu – Nanton district reached out to a new village, Tamaligu. By the end of their one-day outreach, they had seen 42 patients. They carried out dental extractions and primary health care to those in need. Serious cases were referred to the district hospital.
The chief of the community, Abdulai, came for treatment as well. He asked the team to come back again and do another medical outreach.
